Workshops
Move beyond awareness.
Build confidence.
Many people understand that mental health conversations are important.
What they’re less certain about is how to actually have one.
My workshops are interactive, practical sessions designed to build confidence rather than simply deliver information.
Participants are encouraged to reflect, discuss and practise how they might respond to situations they could genuinely encounter in their workplace.
Workshop content can include:
-
Build confidence noticing changes, checking in, listening well and responding when someone tells you they are struggling.
-
Explore the relationship between connection, belonging and wellbeing — and the everyday behaviours that strengthen team culture.
-
Practical guidance for approaching someone, having the conversation, understanding your role and connecting them with appropriate support.
-
Move beyond generic self-care advice and explore realistic strategies for recognising stress, protecting wellbeing and maintaining healthy boundaries.
-
Designed for leaders and people managers, with a focus on communication, psychological safety, early conversations and creating environments where people feel able to ask for help.
-
Sessions can also be developed around the particular needs of your organisation, including leadership development, mental health awareness campaigns, wellbeing weeks, team days and organisational change.
Workshops can be delivered as standalone sessions or incorporated into a broader workplace wellbeing program.
